IL-10 expression. BCL3 forms complex with HDAC1 and
repression of the TNF promoter by BCL3

prevents binding of‭ ‬p65/p50‭ ‬NFkB‭ ‬heterodimers
to‭ ‬TNF promotor and suppresses‭ ‬TNF ‬expression
downstream of‭ ‬IL10.
