Both miR-17-5p and miR-20a alleviate suppressive potential of myeloid-derived suppressor cells by modulating STAT3 expression.
miR-17-5p and miR-20a also reduced the transcriptional and protein levels of p47phox and gp91phox, two subunits of NADPH oxidase.
